BeSafe is a personal safety application designed to allow users to activate real-time audio recording and location tracking when needed.

1. Information We Collect

BeSafe may access the following data only when the user activates the safety feature:

• Microphone access (to record audio)
• Location data (to determine real-time position)
• Notification permissions (to inform the user when recording starts or stops)

BeSafe does not collect personal identity information such as name, email address, or contacts.

2. How We Use Information

The microphone and location data are used solely to:

• Record audio when the user activates the safety button
• Track real-time location during the active session

Data is used only for the functionality of the app.

3. Data Storage

BeSafe does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.

Audio and location data remain on the user’s device unless explicitly designed otherwise in future versions.

4. Subscriptions

BeSafe offers auto-renewable subscriptions.

Payment is handled securely through Apple’s App Store.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple ID Settings.
